As the founder of Integrated Work Solutions Inc, (IW Solutions), Betty O'Neal has  extensive experience  working in the corporate sector as a Business Analyst  in the field of Managed Care,  as well as a  Health Care  professional in a clinical setting..  Betty is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law  and has  worked in commercial  claims and managed Claims for self insured entities by providing claims and litigation  and risk management services. More recently as an RN, BSN, Betty  has  worked in both  clinical  and managerial settings as well as Quality Improvement  for Managed Care Health Plans.
